This Copper Tube Manifold Welding set includes: an intelligent induction brazing heating unit (1 main machine, 1 auxiliary machine), a load adjustment platform, a workpiece rotating fixture, manifold-specific jigs, a brazing inductor, a workpiece lifting mechanism, a shielding gas ventilation protection device, and a copper tube cooling air device.
- To accommodate product dimensions of various specifications and adjust the corresponding heating position of the inductor, the load platform is equipped with front-rear and left-right adjustment functions, with an adjustment allowance of ±50mm in each direction.
- To adapt to the height differences of various product specifications, the workpiece is designed with a lifting function and an adjustable hard limit function with an adjustment range of 100mm. By adjusting the height stroke of each workpiece during the welding process, the consistency of the heating position can be maintained for each welding of products with the same specification.
- To improve the heating uniformity of each area of the induction-heated workpiece, a workpiece rotating device is provided to ensure uniform heating of all parts of the workpiece and enhance welding quality.
- A shielding gas ventilation protection device is configured, which can fill shielding gas during the welding process to avoid oxidation of products and improve welding quality.
