Induction Heating Treatment for Shrink Fitting & Disassembly
This equipment uses our 4th-gen DSP digital intelligent IGBT induction heater: it heats workpieces via high-frequency current in the inductor, converting interference fits to clearance fits through thermal expansion—an efficient, labor-saving assembly/disassembly method.
For gears, bearings, or motor components (shrink fitting/disassembly), just place the part in the inductor and control temperature to achieve fast, efficient heating for process needs.
Product Details
- All-air-cooled design: 4th-gen DSP-IGBT unit; no water cooling needed for main/auxiliary devices.
- Precise temp control: Options of constant-temp closed-loop + timing, or constant-current + timing.
- 4-station flexibility: Integrates 4 heating stations (simultaneous/combined heating); shared workbench with 4 coils, 4 infrared probes, 4 start/stop sets (one-key/independent control), 4 alarms. Works standalone or with robotic arms for automation.
- High performance: Fast heating, low oxidation/decarburization, high efficiency, consistent processes, rapid temp control.
- Eco-friendly & labor-saving: Low pollution; cuts labor intensity, replacing oxy-acetylene, coke ovens, salt baths, etc.
- Localized heating: Controllable parameters, high yield, energy-efficient, safe—widely applicable.
- Smart traceability: Multi-segment temp curves; records heating/assembly temps and process data.
